The Dexyane MeD Palpebral medical device is indicated for the treatment of atopic and contact dermatitis of the eyelids. Eczema-like skin conditions result in a damaged epidermal barrier, which leads to an increased risk of reactions to allergens and irritants (such as dryness, irritation, and itching). Product action: The Dexyane MeD Palpebral medical device is indicated for the treatment of atopic and contact dermatitis of the eyelids. Eczema-like skin conditions result in a damaged epidermal barrier, which leads to an increased risk of reactions to allergens and irritants (such as dryness, irritation, and itching). Product Action: 1. Immediately SOOTHES, reduces redness and swelling of the delicate eyelid skin. 2. REBUILDS the affected epidermal barrier and corrects dry skin thanks to the content of glycerin, shea butter, and triglycerides. 3. RELIEVES itching and pain, reduces inflammation (redness and irritation). 4. PROTECTS the skin by creating a semi-permeable occlusive layer on the surface, thanks to the galenic formula enriched with natural polysaccharides. 5. REDUCES bacterial adhesion (preventing potential superinfection of lesions with Staphylococcus aureus). The pleasant, non-sticky, ultra-moisturizing gel-cream consistency with an occlusive effect promotes patient compliance. The product restores elasticity and comfort to eczematous skin. Product tolerance confirmed in clinical studies. Does not contain cortisone or fragrances. Product tested for nickel content. For independent use in the first-line treatment of mild lesions and in combination with or after topical corticosteroids for moderate to severe lesions. Use once or twice daily.
