dietary supplement supporting the circulatory system, 60 caps./1 pack.

Nattokinase 2000Fu plus OPC 250mg 60 capsules

Benefits:● Fibrinogen degradation● Synergistic action● Supports blood health● Reduces clots● Reduces blood glucose and cholesterol levels● Anti-inflammatory● Helps maintain better memory● Protects against the harmful effects of free radicals

Special features: Natto is a traditional Japanese dish made from soybeans fermented by Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria. It has been consumed for about 1,200 years and is known for its numerous health benefits, mainly due to the content of nattokinase – an enzyme that has a significant impact on the circulatory system and cardiovascular health. Nattokinase breaks down fibrin, which helps dissolve clots. It also increases the amount of tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA), which produces plasmin, an enzyme with thrombolytic activity. Nattokinase activates prourokinase, a precursor to urokinase, a thrombolytic enzyme. The balance between t-PA (a lysis promoter) and PAI-1 (a lysis inhibitor) determines the ease of clot lysis.

PAI-1: Increases due to many factors, such as obesity, high cholesterol, hypertriglyceridemia, insulin resistance, stress, and inflammation. Natto can inactivate and degrade PAI-1, which reduces the risk of thrombosis.

Monomer compounds such as catechins and epicatechins are polyphenolic compounds that have broad health benefits for humans. Catechins and epicatechins may help regulate blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity, which is beneficial for people with type 2 diabetes. They may also protect against diabetes complications, such as diabetic neuropathy. They also have anti-inflammatory properties, meaning they can help reduce inflammation in the body. Catechins and epicatechins may improve heart health by lowering LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and increasing HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol). Grape Seed Extract (GSE) is rich in polyphenolic compounds, particularly oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs). Their powerful antioxidant effects help protect cells from oxidative stress, which is linked to many chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and aging. OPCs may improve microcirculation in the eye, which is beneficial for retinal health. Grape seed extract may help regulate blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity. Research suggests that OPCs may help lower blood pressure by dilating blood vessels. OPCs support blood vessel health, improving their elasticity and reducing the risk of atherosclerosis. They also regulate blood glucose and cholesterol levels.

Human studies have shown that OPC supplementation may provide health benefits such as improved cardiovascular function, protection from oxidative stress, and reduction of inflammation.

Indications: Improving cardiovascular health.
