Clean and dry the skin before use. The blister area should be free from any creams or oils. 2. Remove the paper backing from the plaster, avoiding touching the adhesive backing. 3. Apply the patch firmly over the blister. Smooth the edges of the patch. 4. Leave the patch in place until it begins to peel off on its own (note: the patch may remain in place for several days). 5.
