APPLICATION: The easiest way to apply the primer is to pat it onto the eyelid with your finger immediately before applying the shadows. Try not to blend it too much, so that the product is evenly distributed throughout. Apply the primer to the entire eyelid – both the mobile part and under the brow bone. MAKEUP ARTIST TRICK: If you want to maximize the color intensity of your eyeshadow, apply it over a wet base. If you want a long-lasting yet subtle makeup effect (or you're not yet a blending master), powder your eyelids between applying the base and the eyeshadow.
