Claresa Dehydrator. Carefully groomed nails are a solid foundation for a good hybrid manicure. A dehydrator is a liquid used to prepare the nail plate before styling. Its main purpose is to remove moisture and the lipid layer from the nail surface. The dehydrator should be applied to a previously prepared nail plate, which has been mattified and dust-free. How to use: Apply the dehydrator with a brush to dust-free nails. The liquid should evaporate immediately. You can apply a base coat or, if necessary, an acid-free primer to the prepared nail.
