AccuSperm is a quick and convenient test for assessing sperm concentration, which you can perform yourself at home. It is the only test on the market recommended by the Polish Society of Andrology.
It helps determine whether sperm concentration is within the World Health Organization (WHO) reference range – >15 million sperm/ml. It is especially recommended for couples trying to conceive, as the first step in assessing male fertility.

Operation:
The test detects whether the sperm concentration exceeds the minimum WHO level (>15 million/ml):
- Positive result: visible line in the T and C fields - concentration within the norm.
- Result Negative: a line visible only in field C – concentration below the norm.
- Invalid test: no lines or only a line in field T.
A negative result does not exclude the possibility of fertilization, but may be an indication for further diagnosis.
How to use:
- Perform the test between the 2nd and 7th day after the last ejaculation.
- Collect the semen into a special cup (without losing any part of the sample).
- Let it stand for 20–60 minutes until the sample becomes liquid.
- Mix the semen with a syringe, take 0.1 ml and add it to the bottle with the buffer solution.
- Mix the solution and leave for 2 minutes.
- Put 2 drops into the test well.
- Read the result after 5–10 minutes.
