Green Leg Massage Gel with Ginkgo Biloba Extract, 250 g
Green gel for leg care and massage for the feeling of "heavy legs." The gel contains horse chestnut extract, peppermint oil, aloe vera, and ginkgo biloba extract. It has a light consistency and is completely absorbed after massage, leaving no feeling of dryness on the skin.
Spider veins on the legs are also called telangiectasias, or dilated, small blood vessels. They appear as branching, thin veins visible under the skin. They are usually bluish or red in color and cannot be felt with the fingers. They can cover both small and large areas of skin.
In women, broken capillaries are most often the result of estrogen acting on the capillary muscles, which increases their tendency to dilate and break. - Horse chestnut extract - a rich source of aescin, which has anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous properties. Clinical studies conducted on patients suffering from chronic venous insufficiency or varicose veins have shown a reduction in edema due to reduced capillary permeability. Aescin inhibits the harmful enzyme hyaluronidase, which is responsible for the "destruction" of blood vessel walls. By inhibiting the action of the enzyme hyaluronidase, aescin prevents the breakdown of hyaluronic acid, the main binder of the vascular endothelium. Aescin also inhibits the breakdown of other enzymes (hydrolysis) that destabilize and degrade the structure of vessels. This medicinal substance also increases the resistance of microvessels to rupture, thus preventing blood plasma leakage and the resulting swelling;
- Ginkgo biloba - firms and elasticizes the skin, neutralizing free radicals.
- Peppermint oil - soothes, refreshes, and cools;
