BestWhey is a powdered dietary supplement based on whey protein isolate, enriched with creatine, L-glutamine, taurine, and bromelain. It is intended for physically active individuals, seniors, and children over 3 years of age during periods of intensive growth, as support for muscles, bones, and recovery after physical exercise.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and healthy bones. Creatine increases physical performance during short-term, intense exercise (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine). Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme that supports protein digestion, while L-glutamine and taurine support post-exercise recovery.

- Creatine (monohydrate) – 2 g

Energy value (30 g): 371 kJ / 87 kcal, fat – 0.2 g, carbohydrates – 1.2 g (including sugars – 0.9 g), protein – 21 g, salt – 0.1 g.
Recommended intake: 1 serving daily - 30 g of powder (3 flat scoops) dissolve in 200 ml of water. Consume after a meal or training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
