BestOne is a dietary supplement by Best Lab, containing a set of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts. The product is intended to supplement the daily diet of adults with ingredients supporting the general condition of the body and balanced nutrition.
Ingredients in the recommended daily dose (2 capsules):
- Vitamin A – 4000 IU (100% RWS)
- Vitamin D3 – 4000 IU (2000% RWS)
- Vitamin E – 10 mg (83.4% RWS)
- Vitamin K2 MK-7 – 100 µg (133.4% RWS)
- L-theanine – 200 mg
- Vitamin Vitis Vinifera seed extract – 100 mg, including:
- Proanthocyanidins – 95 mg
- Polyphenols – 60 mg
- Proanthocyanidin oligomers – 35 mg
- Magnesium bisglycinate – 446 mg (including magnesium – 116 mg; 31% RWS)

Capsule composition: L-theanine, grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera), vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin K (menaquinone-7 – K2 MK7), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate); capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules daily, preferably in the first part of the day, with a meal. Drink some water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
