Best B-Complex is a liquid dietary supplement containing a complex of the most important B vitamins in active and methylated forms. The preparation is intended for adults as a daily supplement with vitamins that support energy metabolism and the functioning of the nervous system.
The product contains, among others, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 (P-5-P), B7, B9 (Quatrefolic®), B10, and B12 (methylcobalamin), as well as choline, inositol, and betaine. B vitamins support the proper functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism. Folic acid and vitamin B12 participate in the process of cell division. Choline supports liver function and homocysteine metabolism. The product does not contain sugar or artificial colors, has a natural orange flavor.

- Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) - 120 mg (2000% RWS)
- Vitamin B1 - 24 mg (2182% RWS)
- Vitamin B2 - 24 mg (1714% RWS)
- Vitamin B3 (niacin) - 16 mg (100% RWS)
- Vitamin B6 (P-5-P) - 15 mg (1071% RWS)
- Biotin - 150 µg (300% RWS)
- Folic acid (Quatrefolic®) - 600 µg (300% RWS)
- Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) – 100 µg (4000% RWS)
- Choline – 30 mg / Inositol – 30 mg / Betaine – 100 mg

Ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, calcium pantothenate, betaine anhydrous, natural orange flavor, inositol, choline bitartrate, citric acid, para-aminobenzoic acid, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, potassium sorbate, nicotinamide, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, biotin, glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, methylcobalamin.
Recommended daily intake: Shake before use. Dilute 15 ml of the preparation in 100 ml of water and drink after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 5 weeks. Keep out of reach of small children.
