To optimize the thermos' performance, before filling it with food, the temperature should be "equalized." To do this, pour hot or cold water inside, depending on the temperature of the food. Close the lid and let it stand for 10 minutes. After this time, pour out the water and fill the thermos with the food. Tightly close with the isothermal cap and additional lid.
