How to use:1. Prepare skin with your daily skincare routine and wait for the products to absorb. 2. Squeeze 1-2 drops of PRIME TIME® Original Foundation Primer onto the palm of your hand. 3. Warm the product between your fingers to facilitate even distribution. 4. Apply the primer to dry skin, gently massaging from the center of the face outward. 5. Wait 60 seconds for the base to dry completely before applying makeup.
