Use lip liner and lipstick as usual. Then, blot away any excess color with a tissue. Apply Magic Fix all over your lips, making sure to cover your lip line. This will prevent your lipstick from smudging. You may feel a slight tingling sensation – this is a natural reaction to the alcohol. Let Magic Fix dry for a few seconds with your mouth slightly open.
